Meet Chris

Chris Schneider is an over twenty-year hospitality industry veteran who has worked in almost every position within almost every segment in the bar and restaurant business, from fast food to fine dining. He has owned, operated, and managed multiple businesses, primarily focusing on the neighborhood bar segment.

He believes that the synergy of old tried and true methods combined with modern technology and data analysis is the key to pushing the hospitality industry into the future. Chris, also, has extensive experience in the accounting, professional services, and customer service delivery that he leverages to help his coaching clients.

Chris runs The Bar Business Coach, a coaching organization focused on modernizing the way that bar and restaurant owners approach their businesses and helping them develop the tools, standards, and procedures to ensure excellence and profitability in their establishments. He is the award-winning author of the book “How to Make Top-Shelf Profits in the Bar Business”, and the host of The Bar Business Podcast.

He currently lives in southern Indiana.
